* You have the house to yourself in a private gated community, only a handful of houses so loads of space.

* Beach out look from the house, and access to the beach a minutes walk, a private reservoir to swim, jump off the platform or kayak (kayaks provided).

* Relax in the spa with views to the ocean, toast marshmellows over the firepit, and bbq on the large deck (webber and gas bottle to use).

The beach is a hop skip and jump from the bach and a very private beach where you can swim, fish or kayak. On low tide you can walk around to Waverley Beach or in the opposite direction around the stunning rugged coastline. Another feature is the reservoir which provides a safe environment for swimming, jumping off the two tiered platform, kayaking, paddle boarding and rowing, the jetty provides hours of fun.

A fire pit features in the middle of the section, great for toasting marsh mellows on and sitting around late into the night listening to the waves.

The kitchen has all the ammenities you require, including basics like oil, sugar, tea, granule coffee (you will also receive a box of pods for the nespresso machine on arrival) cleaning products etc. We have Wifi and chrome cast, lots of board games and books.

Empty sections surround the house so lots of room for cricket matches and flying kites. The cliff tops have picnic benches so take some fish and chips and enjoy the expansive view around you.

The 18 hole Waverley golf course is just 5km from Waipipi Beach, as well as Lake Herengawe that is great for water skiing or swimming. Waverley township is 7km from the bach where you can get supplies from the four square, takeaways, cafe, hotel, liquor store, book shop, children's playground and chemist etc.
