Old Exchange Court is set right in the heart of Ballyhackamore which according to the Guardian is the best place to live in Northern Ireland.
It is a bright, spacious one bed flat with its own entrance. It is the perfect place to explore Belfast and beyond. Close to public transport and road links with its own off street parking its the perfect base.
The kitchen and all equipment is new. The decor is retro and fun. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The bedroom is bright and airy.

The space
The flat is a conversion and the building was originally a telephone exchange. This means that the ceilings are really high and the windows are tall letting in lots of light.
It shares the main entrance with one other flat and is on the first floor. There are about 12 steps to climb.
The flat itself is very spacious. The main room holds the sitting area, kitchen and dining area and there are two steps separating it.
The flat will eventually be our bolt hole in the city and so we have decorated it with the idea of living there at some stage in the near future. The kitchen is new and it is fully equipped. There is a fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, toaster, microwave as well as oven and hob.
The bedroom is particularly roomy and has a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a separate bath and shower.
There is an abundance of storage.
There is a book shelf full of books that you are most welcome to read, borrow or exchange.

Hi I am a yoga teacher and co-own a small studio in Belfast. As well as yoga I love walking my dog, being by the beach and hanging out with my partner and kids.
