Casa Serena Upstairs is a lovely, brand new second level apartment suite which combines the colorful Mexican culture with modern amenities like brand new appliances, air conditioning, solar hot water heater, quality bedding and a luxurious, clean bathroom with lots of space. Guests can recharge batteries and relax in this private apartment, but also enjoy shared amenities like patio, stairs up to a rooftop deck and stairs down to bbq near an azure blue pool.

The space
Casa Serena is only a 4 minute walk from the beach in Lo De Marcos which is blissfully quiet compared to many of the beaches in Nayarit. The apartment upstairs is completely private to you. The suite is fully equipped with everything you need to be your home away from home, including:

• 2 rooms with queen bed each.
• 1 sofa bed.
• 2 full bathrooms.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove and full size fridge.
• Bath and beach towels for 6 guests.
• TV
• WiFi

To access to Casa Serena Upstairs, just get to the front gate and once in the property the stairs on the left will take you to your apartment. The door at the top of the steps has a programmable keypad for easy access.

IMPORTANT: The apartment maximum number of guests is 6 people (any age). Any additional person should be consulted with the hosts. A price per person would be then agreed prior authorizing.

We are on a quiet street with adjoining neighbors, only minutes from the beach and the town square. There are numerous wonderful restaurants and little shops nearby. And the beach is just a short 4 minute walk!
