Villa Al Parco is situated in Brutija, a village that is situated only 7,5 km from the center and old town of Umag. This 6 bedroom Villa with 2 swimming pools is 466 m2 big and spreads over 2 floors; ground and upper floor and can accommodate up to 14 people.
The entire villa is decorated in a mix of modern and rustic style with many amazing details throughout the Villa.
The owners do not live on the property and you have maximum privacy.

The space
There is a big garden surrounding the house with 2 swimming pools, sun loungers and parasols, ruffed terrace with dining table and chairs and barbecue.
The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double or king size beds, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed. Ground floor consists of dining room and a living room in one open space, big fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a gym. Upper floor consist of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a little living area with TV. Upper floor also has an access to a big terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxation.
Beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, stove and an oven, microwave, fridge with ice machine, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dishwasher and an access to the pool view terrace with dining table and chairs for 12 people. Dining room has a dining table and chairs (sits 12 people) big sofa with relax area and flat screen SAT TV. The entire villa is air conditioned, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. Secure, private parking is free, available in front of the villa.
There are 2 baby cots available free of charge.
The owners do not live on the property and you have maximum privacy.

Umag town walls, with gated draw bridge, dating from 10th century as well as the Church of St Roche from 16th century and the Umag Town Museum are located just in the center of the city, 7,5 km from the property. There is a tourist train that goes around the coastline throughout the city perfect to explore the area.
Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic located in the nearby town of Savudrija, 5,9 km away, try day trip boat excursions to nearby beaches or take a day trip to Venice in Italy on fast hovercraft.
