Tiny house!! Small but especially cozy studio with many facilities that has been completely renovated and will receive the first guests on 19April 2019.
The studio is 5 minutes walk from the beach and Katwijk center with supermarkets. Large cities such as Amsterdam (30min) and The Hague are also easily accessible by public transport.
In short, a completely new studio with all the essentials and many activities nearby. PLEASE note: from the end of March 2020, air conditioning will be available!!

The space
The entrance is on the ground floor there is also the bathroom and toilet. With a steep staircase you enter the "living room" there is a new 2-person boxing jump. TV with WIFI is on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a two-burner hob and a refrigerator. Nespresso appliance and kettle are also available for a nice bowl! There are also 2 lovely armchairs to relax on and through the opening door you can reach the roof terrace where you can also enjoy on the lounge bench with warm days. In short, small space with many facilities. NOTE: air conditioning available from the end of March 2020!!

The studio is located behind our house but has its own entrance. It is located in the old Katwijk, no house here in the district is built the same. On 5 minutes walk you are already on the beach. You only have to walk 5 minutes for the groceries. Don't you feel like cooking? Katwijk has a lot of eateries and that too is only a 5-minute walk away.

Hallo, ik ben Mariëlle de Vreugd. Ik ben getrouwd met Carlo en samen hebben wij 4 kinderen. Samen hebben we Gaudium mare bedacht. Het betekend “vreugde aan zee.” Afgeleid van onze achternaam maar vreugde gaat u hier zeker vinden! Wij wonen nu 2 jaar op dit adres en zijn afgelopen zomer rustig aan begonnen met de verbouwing van ons kleine zomerhuisje. Het is/ was een hele klus. Alles maar dan ook echt alles is nieuw! Wij zijn bijna klaar en hopen vanaf 19 april onze eerste gasten te verwelkomen.
