This lovely cozy and fully equipped apartment is located in the quiet and friendly neighborhood, within the walking distance from the city center. It is East-oriented so you can sit back at the balcony and enjoy morning Sun while planning your daily tours around this beautiful city.
Apartment is on the 4th floor of a brand-new building. Yes, there is an elevator. Parking is free and (mostly) available around the building.
Apartment is available both for short and longer accomodations.

DESCRIPTION :::::::::::::
The Apartment is 45 sq/m (485 sqft) and can fit max. 4 people. Apartment has air conditioner, free WiFi and cable TV.
Living room has an expandable sleeping-sofa (2x2m or 6.6x6.6 ft), a cabinet with the key lock, a small working area and a dining table with four chairs. Living room has an access to a small balcony equipped with two chairs and a table.
Bedroom has a double bed (1.4x2m or 4.6x6.6 ft), drawers and a wardrobe. Bedding is supplied.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, wine glasses and silverware. We provide complementary organic tea selection, coffee, oil, and salt/pepper.
Bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Clean towels, basic hygiene products,and hair dryer are supplied.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony.
Large gatherings and parties are NOT allowed in this Apartment.

LOCATION :::::::::::::
The apartment is convectively located near the city center within 15-20min walking distance from the Main square, City Museum, Theater, famous Dunavska street and Dunavski Park, Danube river bank or the Petrovaradin Fortress, and plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Also, popular cultural station named "Svilara" which offers interesting exhibitions, and performances, is located within only few min walk from the Apartment. Using the public transportation from nearby Bus station you can easily visit beautiful Danube beach called "Štrand".

If you are accompanied with children, there are two playgrounds in the Apartment vicinity.
Within the walking distance from the Apartment there are bakeries, grocery shops (24h/open), a pharmacy, and other.

HOW TO GET HERE :::::::::::::
If you're comming by car, You can easily find us since the apartment is near the road that leads directly to Belgrade-Subotica highway.
The Apartment is located within 100 m(300 ft) from a Bus station from where Buses No. 11a/11b go directly to/from the main Train/Bus station.
