live like a local in graz...
in the middle of the centre, in an Art Nouveau house with breathtaking entrance.
All rooms of the casually furnished apartment go out to the quiet and green courtyard.
In the house there is an artist's studio, a hairdresser, a doctor....and seven inhabited apartments.
All around you will find many hip cafes and pretty shops. Museums, theatres and the opera are also right around the corner. You are in the middle of the action and still live quietly and safely.

The space
And when you are done living and have seen everything in Graz, or feel like going to the countryside, there are plenty of excursion destinations, it is almost impossible to list them all, but here are a few of our favourites:
On the South Styrian Wine Route, also called "Styrian Tuscany“, you are in just over half an hour, where you can enjoy the most wonderful drops and best board snacks in pretty bush taverns and wineries.
Another great wine area with lots of innovative cuisine is the Vulkanland (maybe you've heard of Zotter chocolate, Gölle vinegar or mangaliza pigs, or seen the friendly chef from the Steirawirt on TV).
The volcanic land is also located on the spa line and in Bad Gleichenberg, Bad Radkersburg or Loipersdorf you can relax, enjoy and recharge your batteries in any weather.
In Advent you can visit the most beautiful Christmas markets in Styria: in Graz alone there are over a dozen. Especially popular and romantic are the Advent markets in Mariazell or the unique Kripperl on the Pürgg – there is a whole picturesque mountain village decorated Christmas and shows customs and craftsmanship.
And if you want to go to a cosmopolitan city, to art, culture, architecture, music, to Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele, to Sachertorte, Ferris wheel and a fiaker ride….So to Vienna, then you'll be there in two hours by flix bus.
