The contemporary penthouse with magnificent views of the rooftops and towers is conveniently located in a historical 14th century building the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town. You can easily enjoy the charm of Old Town by walking along the narrow streets to numerous restaurants, shops, museums.

The space
The freshly renovated urban design apartment stretches over two floors (38+15 sq.m). A living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower, WC and washing machine) is located on the first floor. An internal spiral staircase leads to a top floor bedroom equipped with a double sized bed and expandable mattresses. Windows on both floors offer magnificent views of the rooftops and towers of the Old Town. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but can also accommodate 2+2. My home is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable and contemporary stay: WiFi Internet, TV news channels, cutlery and crockery, coffee and tea, bed linen, towels etc. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a house that does not have an elevator.

The address traces its origin to early medieval times and a building was first mentioned at this location in 1361 while Tallinn itself dates from 1219. The oldest part of the present building dates from the 14th century. During the Middle Ages craftsmen's workshops were located in the property. The building was repeatedly rebuilt during the Baroque period (18th-19th centuries) but a farrier were still shoeing horses in the courtyard as late as 100 years ago. I renovated my top floor penthouse in the fall of 2019 as the contemporary home for myself. I will be happy to share my home with you.

There is something for everyone in Tallinn's Old Town - step out the door and explore all of this!
