Not far from Texas A&M University, Bush Presidential Library and Museum, Hospitals, Gold gym, groceries store, nice restaurant, lakes, parks, schools Elementary and High School and 14 minutes drive from Easterwood Airport College Station.

Our place is located in the beautiful subdivison/neighborhood . It is quiet, safe and clean. There is also a 2 ponds with 3 fountains and picnic area next to the pond. A lot of sidewalks and walking path behind the house if guest wanted to do walking inside the subdivision.
