This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well equipped condo, is nestled in the magnificent dunes at the quiet northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Wrightsville Dunes. Enjoy your own private balcony while watching the pelicans soar and the waves crash on the expansive beach! Lounge poolside at one of the two community pools or play a match or two on the tennis courts.

The space
Of course, the wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways will make you feel like you have it all to yourself! This condo is in the Sterling Edition which boasts an exterior secured entrance to the building for your convenience.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

This property gets two parking passes, one for an assigned parking spot, and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
As of 6/21/2022 the elevator is out of operation.
