Centrally located authentic Croatian house with enclosed, private garden and a terrace. Situated in the old part of Hvar town just 4 minutes walk from the town center and harbour.

The apartment consist of: Living area ( cozy living room with tv and library, openable sofa ; dining area; fully equipped kitchen; modern bathroom; large terrace garden ; laundry room ; spacious bedroom with private balcony. Both floors are air - conditioned.

The space
The house is situated in the old town centre of Hvar just 2 - 4mins walk to the historical town square. There are stairs to the property.

The apartment is authentically decorated in a rustic style with modern touches.
The apartment includes : GROUND FLOOR: Living area (cozy living room with lcd tv and small library, openable sofa and tea table) ; dining area ( table for 4) ; fully equipped kitchen (including oven, stove, microwave coffee maker; also including some basics for preparing your own meals : olive and cooking oil, vinaigrette, and local spices - fresh or dried, depending on a season) ; modern bathroom, large terrace garden ; laundry room with washer ; and on 1ST FLOOR : spacious bedroom with private balcony overlooking garden and a very small part of Mediterranean Sea and town port. Both floors in our house are air-conditioned.

The unique feature of the apartment is the secluded shaded private terraced area which provides a welcome break from the heat of the summer sun.

The apartment has a comfortable openable sofa on ground floor and spacious bedroom with a private balcony.
