Waterfront family vacation home in Sebago Cove w/boating access to Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond & Long Lake. Lots local attractions, shops & restaurants nearby. Huge open floor plan w/lots of amenities & comforts, including A/C. Enjoy the excitement that Sebago Lake & the Naples Causeway have to offer, while being tucked away in our peaceful cove. The space
Bring your family to enjoy our sun-filled chalet-style home nestled in tranquil Sebago Cove with 130 feet of private waterfront. You'll have use of our private dock for your boat, and our local association beach which is perfect for kids to swim! You'll love the floor to ceiling windows and unique stone fireplace which is the centerpiece of our living room. We're Western-facing, so you can enjoy perfect sunsets every night which light up the house. Our huge home has an open floor plan and three levels of living, offering plenty of space for everyone! Send the kids downstairs to the game room for some fun, while the adults relax on the deck with a glass of wine. Feel the comfort of air conditioning, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Enjoy the fun of a built-in sound system in every room, a game room with dart board, table tennis, poker table, xbox and board games. Excellent location for week-long family vacations with lots of local attractions, excursions and restaurants! We're 5 minutes from the Naples Causeway where you can enjoy shopping, waterfront dining, seaplane rides, jet ski rentals, ice cream, mini golf and more! It's the home of the Songo River Queen II and a fun area to explore. We're only 25 minutes away from Shawnee Peak for downhill skiing, and Seacoast Adventure for their waterpark, ropes course, go-karts, high swing, and tubing. Looking for a day trip? We're only 1 hour away from Portland, Freeport, Old Orchard Beach and North Conway.

The Chalet is perfect for any season. In the Summer lounge on the deck while grilling burgers on our grill (propane provided), take one of the 4 kayaks out for a sunset cruise, and share s'mores over the fire by night. Take your boat out to explore the Sebago State Park Sandbar, grab lunch on Frye Island or take the Songo River all the way to Brandy Pond or Long Lake. If you don't own a boat, you can rent one from any marina on Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond, or Long Lake. Boating is best from June to August as the lake's water level is drained approximately 2-3 feet from Fall to Spring.

In the Winter you can snowmobile right out the front yard to access Maine's 10,000+ miles of Maine's Interconnected Trail System (ITS)! Explore the frozen lake in snowshoes, ice skates or cross country skis. For downhill skiing, it's a short 25 minute drive to Shawnee Peak. The views of snowfall from our floor to ceiling windows are absolutely stunning! Cozy up to the fireplace on those chilly nights or warm up with a heated ping-pong tournament! We decorate with an artificial Christmas tree from approximately late November through New Years.

Security Cameras: We have three video/audio security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell facing the front landing. The second is a Wyze camera facing our furnace, oil tank & hot water heater in our closed utility room. The last is a Wyze camera facing our driveway, trash area and the road. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and HVAC utilities, they are designed to maintain your privacy while ensuring the security and safety of our home. There is one broken camera on the front deck which has never been hooked up and never will be. There are NO other active or inactive recording devices at the property. By booking our property you accept this policy.

Sebago Lake is unique in that it has so much variety to offer. Large enough to never finish exploring it, but the cove is small enough to feel personal and calming. It's close to Portland if you'd like a taste of the city but also rustic enough to appreciate the Maine lifestyle. There is something nearby for everyone to enjoy, no matter your interests - restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, boat trips, plane rides, wakeboarding excursions, nordic skiing, downhill skiing, concerts, festivals, road races and more!

Our family has been vacationing in Maine for five generations. We are thrilled to share the beauty of it all with our guests! We love spending time on the lake, and we enjoy winter vacations just as much as summer. Sebago Lake is unique in that it has so much variety to offer.
