A 40 year old Japanese style house located in the countryside of Yamanashi prefecture. It’s close to Yamanashi-shi train station (7mins by car).

My house is a 40-year-old building in the countryside of Yamanashi. The nearest Yamanashi station is 7 minutes away by car.

The space
Above all, you can have a chance to eat peaches and grapes harvested in my fields.

The season you should visit here is in spring when pink peach flowers blossom. Vast areas are covered with that pink colour. Then, at the beginning of July, peaches start to get ripen, and for grapes it starts from the mid-August. The harvest season of those fruits continues until the end of September.

There are also many hot springs in the vicinity such as Hottarakashi Onsen that is an open-air hot spring. Then, I have an electric bicycle and a bicycle to lend you free of charge. It might be fun for you to pedal around and enjoy the scenery. You can also go to Lake Kawaguchiko from my place. It takes about 1.5hrs to get there by the public transport.

I will pick you up & drop off at Yamanashi-shi train station free of charge. Or, you can come here by car but only a small car (660cc) can park here. Bigger cars can be parked at a parking area behind my house (free).

まず、なんといっても収穫シーズンに泊まられた際は、桃や葡萄のはねだし品を嫌というほど食べられるかもしれません(購入も可能です)。Also, in the spring season, the scenery is spectacular, covered with pink peach blossoms.

Nearby the house, there is famous leisurely hot spring, and there is the scenic Nishizawa Valley just a short walk away.Electric bicycles or bicycles are available for free, so it's fun to get around the neighborhood.

When arriving by train, we will take you to Yamanashi Station (free of charge). In addition, only light vehicles can be parked in the garden if they come by car.Park in an empty space in the back of the house if the car is larger than the normal size.

Hi. I’m Eiki, a farmer growing variety of grapes, peaches, persimmons and rice with less use of pesticides or no pesticides. I do all of agricultural work by myself. I used to be a backpacker, and worked for an International NGO in Tokyo for a long time. Therefore, using English is not a problem for me. As I enjoyed staying at budget accommodations in overseas countries, I also wanna provide the same kind. Feel free to ask me anything! ——————————- こんにちは。自然の中で働くのが好きで、一人で葡萄や桃、柿などを減農薬で作っています。
