This unit 1505 is a perfect space for budgeted travelers. We have read the reviews and have hired a new cleaning team. We take the cleanings and safety of our guests as a TOP PRIORITY. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS AN OLD UNIT. We have replaced the water heater and bathroom sink. this is a unit for travelers traveling on a budget, who wants to wake up to a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW while paying 1/3 of the price!

1506 is a space, offering a modern kitchen space, and large balcony with Ocean Views. Relax in the comfortable chaise while enjoying the view of the Atlantic. This unit is an open space with a lot natural light and windows please consider saving power and opening the windows instead of using AC.

No Parking on the Premises, only STREET PARKING is available, however this Airbnb is centrally located whatever you cannot walk to, an Uber driver will be at your door within minutes. Old San Juan is just a few miles away, along with Plaza Las Americas.
Condado is just minutes from the International Airport.
