The house is located in a strategic position, 1 minute walk from the solarium of Ortigia and right next to the pebble beach, 2 different descents to the sea so you can take a dip whenever you want!
Close to several typical restaurants, pizzerias, close to Piazza Duomo and the main streets of the city, full of bistros and shops.
Near shuttle bus stop, shops and small markets, shops and all the attractions of the island.
