The studio offers basic accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood with shops, bars and small restaurants within walking distance. Just 15 minute walk to Simpson Bay with Casino, Movie and Restaurants. It is a comfortable studio with a Queen-Sized bed and kitchenette (no stove) good for 1 or 2 people. There is a large bathroom with double sinks and shower. The kitchen includes a small sink, coffee maker and microwave. There is a TV with cable and Roku connected. The room is fully air-conditioned.

Cole Bay, Sint Maarten

There are some small supermarkets on the same street and a few small restaurants.
Just around the corner (the Simpson Bay Stretch), about a mile away there are two casinos, a movie theater and multiple restaurants and bars with live entertainment.
You can get to Philipsburg in about 15 minutes by car and the same goes for Marigot French Side.
