This Muskoka cottage is a perfect getaway. It has a stylish, clean, airy decor. Small hot tub off the back deck. Good distance from neighbours for privacy.
Suitable for couples, small families (max 5 people). Situated 60 m from Lake Muskoka with direct access to public dock, boat launch, sunset views, and fishing. Water access is a one minute stroll to the dock. Cottage has a partial view of the lake from the cottage porch.
Primary guest must be a responsible adult based on reviews.

The space
We have received great reviews from our guests. References available from individuals who have stayed here. Children love swimming here. Entry is very easy beside the small public dock. It's a sandy bottom. No rocks or weeds. Water is usually calm and flat. From here, you can experience the lake by canoe, kayak or paddleboard (free for the use of guests and life jackets provided) or dock your boat for the day. Then enjoy the large firepit under the stars!

Situated on large 1.8 acre, flat, well-treed private lot with parking for cars, boat, trailer, cottage has front porch with screened-in sitting area with lake view; large picturesque front area with volleyball/badminton net and horseshoe games; large back area with firepit, Muskoka chairs, screened gazebo, picnic table; propane BBQ; clean, tested well water for drinking; There is also a park with beach and children's playground 5 minutes away.
