Where you’ll be

Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom

We're close to Wellfield Road / Albany Road where there are a range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

If you'd like to enjoy a stroll, we like to walk around Roath Park Lake, around the Roath Recreation ground to Joe's Ice Cream Parlour and along Waterloo Gardens to Waterloo Tea rooms. This is my favourite running route which is very peaceful first thing in the morning.

If you would like to explore the city by bike you can enjoy a cycle ride along the Taff Trail through Bute Park, past the Principality Stadium and down to Cardiff Bay.

I lived in Cardiff for nearly 25 years having studied at Cardiff University. I have ended up settling with my husband and two sons a stone throw from where I started life in the city at University Hall. I have renovated the house over the last 15 years, adding the new annex in 2017 and then extensively landscaping the garden in 2019. I enjoy travelling and have lived in New Zealand and Canada. I am a keen runner and cyclist.
