Your tiny home is surrounded by nature! Everything you need is in your private 288 sqft mountain escape.

The outside has a deck overlooking the woods and mountains. You have a cozy hot tub, seating area, fire table, and grill on the deck. Your hammock is hanging off the deck ready for you to relax in.

Traveling with friends, family or need more space? Check out our new listing, located on the same mountain!

The space
Your 288sqft includes a small living room with a small fireplace stove, a 43" TV, a kitchen with frig, one burner cooktop, and microwave, a dining bar overlooking the woods, bath, and bedroom with windows looking directly into the woods.

The bathroom has a fully tiled shower, heated floors, towel warmer, and fluffy robes as you step outside the shower.

You will enjoy your deck overlooking the woods and mountains. The hot tub is ready for you! You have a cozy seating area, a propane fire table to warm your toes, and a grill to cook an amazing meal to be enjoyed on the deck or at the dining bar. A hammock is hanging off the deck ready for you to relax in after a fun day in Asheville.

A spare propane is available under the deck in case the fire table or grill run out of propane during your visit.

The home is very farmhouse chic. White walls, exposed wooden beam and great decor! Living area has a brand new (05/19) leather couch, a freestanding fireplace stove, and fuzzy couch throws, for those chilly winter nights. Your 43" TV completes the setting for your relaxing night at home.

Your queen size bed has 100% cotton sheets, and a duvet cover for your fluffy down comforter. Two firm bamboo pillows and two soft pillows complete the equation for a restful and relaxing night.

You will see two other homes as you drive to the tiny house. We have a long term renter on a separate portion of the property, Rob, who you will occasionally see walking the trail on the property. We are grateful that Rob does the upkeep on the trail!

The safety of our guests always comes first. Occasionally, we have significant snowstorms and our roads can be treacherous. Dan will watch the weather closely for our winter guests. With your input, we will make joint decisions about your safety driving to our home during those rare winter storms. If the power goes out during your stay, you will not have water. We have a propane heater to keep you warm, and we have a few gallons of water that you can use. Of course, you will be reimbursed for any unused nights if you choose to leave during a power outage. You will need to park at the top of the drive if there's any snow on the drive. The walk down to the tiny house is about 150 yards.

For our other property on top of the mountain, some of our more memorable experiences were with guests who stayed during an 18" snowstorm. They loved it!

We are in the middle of nature, so be prepared to share space with deer, bear, snakes, coyotes, bugs, and fireflies.

All linens are provided- we have thought of everything for your stay - but of course let us know if you need anything at all to complete your amazing stay in our beautiful mountains.

Our tiny home is on 4.5 acres. There are a couple of residences visible as you drive to your vacation spot, then you have total privacy. When you sit in the hot tub, you will be surrounded by the sounds of birds and the wind.

When we timed the drive, it took 20 minutes to get to the French Broad Chocolate Lounge in the center of downtown Asheville, and should be on your list of places to visit!

You have a private walking trail directly beside your home. It's short, but so peaceful and relaxing.

Parkway entrance is 15 minutes away. Cataloochee Ski Resort is 45 minutes away. Max Patch is a must for those who love to hike. We are 20-25 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. For Christmas visitors, Biltmore is a must! For those visiting in the Spring, make a plan to see the tulips, and Jazz Festivals at the Winery. Fall Concerts at the Estate are so much fun!

For adventure seekers, Navitat Ziplining is a blast - you truly zipline through trees!
