Our private cottage is steps from downtown Guelph. The cottage is complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. It has cathedral ceilings with windows looking out on the garden. You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden. There is wireless Internet along with Fibe TV and Netflix. The living room is spacious and there is one bedroom with a king- sized bed, and a shaded patio. Extra cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces.

The space
The kitchenette includes countertop burners, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and is fully stocked with dinnerware and glasses. The patio outside is shaded by birch trees and you are welcome to use our bbq during the summer months. Enjoy private access to the cottage by walking along the driveway to the backyard walking along the flagstone path to the front door of the cottage.

We are located just across the river from downtown Guelph. The Woolwich Arms, our favourite pub, is 500 m away (a 7 minute walk). The River Run Centre, Guelph’s premier entertainment venue, is 700 m away as is the Sleeman Centre, where the Guelph Storm hockey team plays. Our property is located less than 1 km from the heart of downtown Guelph with its restaurants, movie theatre, and wonderful shops. The University of Guelph campus is less than 3 km away as well. Enjoy everything downtown Guelph has to offer!

The cottage is complete with a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, coffee maker, counter-top burners, mini fridge) and a spacious bathroom with a large custom-built shower. It has high cathedral ceilings with windows looking out on the garden. You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden.
There is wireless Internet in the cottage along with Fibe TV and Netflix. The sitting room is spacious and relaxing. There is one bedroom with a king- sized bed, and an outdoor patio under the birch trees.

Guest Access—you have access to the cottage, wireless internet, shared BBQ in summer, and the back garden.
