The space
'la petite maison' Vernon 9 à St Philippe, fully renovated today, adjacent to our house bought in 1994 allows us to receive friends in a comfortable way and now also tourists curious of our region worldwide famous for the wine but also interesting by its charming villages, its small roads winding through rich and hilly landscapes and also close to the beautiful Dordogne-Perigord, the great city of Bordeaux and about an hour 1/2 drive from the ocean.
Our guest house is perfectly located to visit the major Chateaux and for wine-tasting the Pomerol, Saint -Emilion and also less known 'AOC' Lussac, Montagne and the Bordeaux in general. We are in a small hamlet away from the main roads where you can also find peace in a garden, wild promenades and let the kids play in our heated splash pool.
A room has a 160 x 200 bed and the other adjustable twin beds 90 x 200. There's a smart TV in each room. The price of € 400 per week is for a couple occupying one room. For an overnight stay, breakfast is included, price is 100€ for a room, 160€ for 2 rooms. and €220 for 5 or 6 pers. size of the accomodation makes it the more suitable and comfortable for 4 people.
It has all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable but we also love and sell antiques.

We live in a hamlet therefore it is not fully wild but quiet most of the time, you'll be about 12' drive from Saint-Emilion center, 10' from shopping center, 5' from the nearest restaurant (le comptoir de genes), 45' from Bordeaux and 1'15 from Arcachon.
