MUY IMPORTANTE DE LEER;

el condominio solo es para 2 adultos 2 menores. O también puede ser 4 adultos no importa el desglose solo que sean 4 ya que la 5 y 6ta se paga adicional costo OJO!!! por favor preguntame si no entiendes.
Muy importante entender la hora de llegada y mas la SALIDA SALIR A LAS 10AM, por favor ya que si salen tarde me atrasan todo el calendario.
También quiero informar que es un departamento, NO un HOTEL 5 estrellas y las cosas tienen USO me a tocado hospedar a personas que creen que llegaron al Four Season Hotel me están pagando menos de 2 mil pesos x noche, no se vale por favor si quieres tener todo VIP mi depa no será el lugar indicado así que busca, Otra cosa con todo respeto.
También tenemos más de dos años en la torre con problemas de unas MINi hormigas en el área que no sabemos de donde salen para que lo tomen en cuenta más en el área de la cocina.

Siguiendo con el tema de reservación Desafortunadamente hemos tenido problemas en las reservaciones ya ponen 1 personas y llegan 8 de familia.

El problema es el siguiente debido a los cambios de reglamento y por pandemia ahí un límite de personas y al momento de llegar a caseta si no estan registrados OJO NO los dejaran pasar por eso es muy importante registrar a los que se hospedaran al igual leer todas las reglas y preguntarme cualquier duda antes de pagar su reservacion para evitar problemas.

Si tenemos una buena comunicación al cual hablar con honestidad todo fluirá correctamente y no hay problema que no podamos resolverlo si lo hablamos antes cualquier duda por favor no dudes en preguntarme ya que tengo una política de reservación y cancelación MUY MUY ESTRICTA saludos y bendiciones.

VERY IMPORTANT ER DONT HAVE THE BARBECUE IN THE BALCONY NO MORE BY THE ASSOCIATION RULES

The name of the apartment complex is Pearl Tower, so you will need to put this in your GPS when you are trying to find it.

Unit comes with fully Upgraded Exotic Marmol Kitchen, dining room and living room. Washer/dryer “with restrictions”, with a very comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom, queen sofa-bed and also a desk and a chair if you have to work, and one full sized air mattress for the living-room and one twin, four can easily el accommodate. You can view the ocean from anywhere in the unit, and with the oversized balcony, feel free to enjoy a meal with 6 + people while watching the sunset.
