The space
An amazing place in Hoi An, the perfect location for your holiday and visiting the ancient town and the beach. It is on Tran Nhan Tong street. This is a spacious villa with a unique and luxury setting. The " 1 Bedroom Private Pool Villa " has its own pool and its own garden and separated walls around to create your own little world and invisible from outside. The beds are one king-size bed ( you can request for 2 single beds). It is a huge and comfortable recreation zone after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. The villa has a seating area, a desk, a bathroom with a 2-people-fit-in bathtub, a rain shower, beside a normal shower and an outdoor shower. The dining area and the kitchenette for light cooking are part of the villa. We have an delicious menu so you can order food to your room, to your own garden or to the restaurant. 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee, linen, soft towels, bathrobe and daily cleaning are included in the rate, as a healthy and generous breakfast is. Your own private pool is there just for your use only and we offer free bicycles for our guests. If you travel with your children, please let us know if you need a seat for your baby or a baby cote. They are provided for free.
There are shops around and markets nearby so you can easily get the thing you want to. We can ask us to buy things that you need. We just help you for free.
We are not a shared house like most airbnbs. Our place is professionally designed and built for your own space and privacy.
Coffee and tea are free and available at any time so please ask my staff to make for you.

The world has changed so much and so badly since January 2020 . It has knocked down human beings as well as put all of us in the most difficult time ever. Like all other hosts, I have been suffered so badly, so hurt and I know you, as guests, have been affected as much as me. Please let me know if you need further support. Besides, I wish you and your loved ones a safe and healthy time.
In order to support you, I have lowered our room price to the minimum possible in hope that will support to make you stay achievable.
For those whose reservations has been cancelled by the covid-19 with penalty ( booking money deducted), please contact me to reactivate your reservations. I will, therefore, make a credit note to you, so you will just either not pay in full for the new reservation or not pay anything.
