We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons. First, we just couldn't get very excited about being on the south side of the lake (the "popular" side). Down there, the lake is too far from the freeway, there's way too much traffic, and very few locations have the expansive waterfront view that we enjoy so much

Secondly, our property is unique as it is the only place in the Greater Houston area where each unit features a Private Sunrise lakefront balcony that actually dangles over the water! We instantly fell in love with this feature! Everyone else has a strip of grass or a sidewalk between their place and the water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony...it WILL make a splash!

The location is close to perfect in many ways. Having a marina & boat ramp right next door on one side and a resort next door on the other side makes enjoying the lake extremely convenient. We ensure that our guests take full advantage of the amenities on-site and everything is within walking distance.

No matter what you do, the lake is always in the background...from the tennis and basketball courts to the swimming pool and the playground...the view of the lake is always there! Personally, we find it extremely relaxing and we know you will too~!

More importantly, our property is unique as it is the only property in Houston and on the lake that it has a private waterfront balcony that actually hangs over the water! We instantly fell in love with this feature! Everyone else has a strip of grass or a sidewalk between the unit and water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony,...it WILL make a splash!

When prospective customers ask us to confirm that the unit is actually on the lake, I enjoy reassuring them by saying, "It couldn't be any more on the lake, unless it was IN the lake". Invariably, when they arrive, they say something like, "Wow, you weren't kidding. We are definitely ON the lake!". It generally makes for some interesting conversation.

Furthermore, the location is close to perfect in many ways. Having a marina and boat ramp right next door on one side, and a resort next door on the other side makes enjoying the lake extremely convenient. We ensure that our guests take full advantage of the amenities on-site and everything is within reasonable walking distance (you can drive but you don't have to).

I grew up in New England, working in Energy I eventually found myself in Houston, Texas, over five years ago! I am very outgoing & adventurous, love to travel, thus why I am here on AirBNB.

So in 2011 & again I 2014 I gave hosting a shot so I can meet more people traveling like myself & instantly was hooked! Over 2 years of amazing memories of sharing time with guests from around the world and now 5 years of managing other properties. From helping with a marriage proposal, surprise birthday party with fireworks, countless meals shared along with laughter, sunrises & nightcaps with sunsets.
