Beth McGuyton, born in Texas spent her childhood growing up between the great states of Texas and Wyoming and at the age of 12, her adventurous free-spirited Father moved them both to the amazing country of Costa Rica. Having always been adaptable, Beth quickly made friends and fell in love with the latin culture. Little did she know what her future had in store and that Spanish would become invaluable and she would end up spending much of her life immersed in latin culture yet again! Beth spent the next 4 years creating life long memories and at the age of 16, she decided to return to Texas in order to pursue her studies as she was always very education focused. Beth graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a Bachelor degree in Communication (Radio-TV-Film) and started her post-college career working in the news and then sales. In 2013, for a variety of reasons, she traveled to Panama with her 10 year old daughter for what was meant to be one calendar school year. She immediately fell in love with Panama and the Coronado community and decided to stay permanently. She then fell in love with real estate after enthusiastically joining Try Panama as head of the Rental/Property Management department. One year later what was most definitely love at first sight, she met her now husband and business partner, Gianmario Garceran. A FULL CIRCLE of LOVE-love for the community, love for real estate, love for her dashing Panamanian husband. It must be MEANT TO BE! Due to her friendly nature and excellent communication skills, she quickly expanded her network and built the Property Management side of the company rather quickly. After 3 years with the company, she became the Operating Manager and led the company thru several years of difficulties, yet prevailing and learning along the way. In 2021, Beth and her husband acquired the company and has since built an incredible team and culture both inside and outside of the office. Her relationships in the Coronado area as well as Panama in general run deep which has been essential especially while guiding her relocation clients through “all things Panama:” She navigates all situations incredibly well and always lets her intuition guide her. She feeds off the energy of her clients and many times knows what fits them best before they even do! Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to create a one of a kind company unlike any others in the Coronado area. Leading the largest team in a brokerage has allowed her to create a one-stop-shop platform offering services in property management, vacation rentals, long term rentals, relocation tours, in-house maintenance/cleaning departments, staging/rehab/decorating services, contracting/construction and immigration assistance. Beth is a foodie who finds cooking therapeutic and a creative outlet and believes a home cooked meal is the best way to show your love and appreciation for someone. She loves the outdoors, cuddling up with a good book, community involvement and is animal obsessed (just take a quick visit to her ranch with 12 horses, 5 dogs, birds, hens, roosters and fish)! Beths promise to those who choose her as their agent is she will always lead with honesty and cater to their individual needs. She feels incredibly blessed to help her clients find their home in Panama and helping them create life memories. She constantly reminds her team “we are in the business of helping people…period.”
