This is a contemporary, stylish, comfortable and safe en-suite bedroom in a serviced apartment for guests on both short-term and long-term stay. With breakfast (on request and charged) fresh linen, towel, laundry and regular house keeping, you are assured of a 5-star service. The space
This apartment has lots of private and shared spaces, with large bright windows and great ventilation. Entire apartment is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnitures.
Here is what you are getting!
1. A bedroom with double bed, pillows, cushions, quilt, fresh linen and comforter. We use organic cotton and materials for the mattresses which are good for health, and a goodnight sleep. Rooms have closets, chairs, reading lamps, hangers, ceiling fan to make you feel at home straight away!
2. Private bathroom, and with amenities such as fresh bath towels, hand towels, shampoo. Dual shower with hot water!
3. Walk-in patios with the bedroom as you step outside your room through a walled glass door. You can also use the patio.

Please note, for security of all guests, the shared space is under CCTV coverage.
1. A large spacious living room decorated with chairs, and sofas. There are many small corners for privacy where you can just do your own thing even if there are other guests. The space is equipped with cable channels and a LED TV, a book shelf with small book collection, a work corner if you must bring work home!
2. Health & Recreation space is equipped with light gym equipments and yoga mats. You can use this space for meditation, and yoga, and light work-out. (Work in Progress)
3. Coffee press, toaster, sandwich maker, and hot water pot
4. A kitchen complete with all basic utensils, plates, cutleries, and cooking materials. There is a double gas burner and pans for cooking.
5. We have marked spaces for earthquake, fire extinguisher

We have a house-keeper who takes care of all house-keeping needs. There is a manager and an additional support to help you with certain errands, food delivery and guide! The apartment has lots of parking spaces, and 24/7 hours security.

The place is located at the heart of Dhaka city. We are very close to the National Parliament, Passport and visa office. UNDP, World Bank, Asian Development Bank are within 10 minutes distance, which means its a very secured neighbourhood, particularly for foreigners. This is also convenient for those travelling all around Dhaka, since its very central. Inter-city bus stations are close by if you wish to commute outside Dhaka. For shopping there is Prince Bazaar, Aagora super market, a fresh grocery market, and Japan Garden City. The place is full of local authentic eateries, often open very late. We are just next to Dhaka's art and culture district of Dhanmondi and Dhaka University. Most NGO and development organisations are conveniently located nearby.
