This house is very comfortable and well presented. It boasts new flooring in all bedrooms and common areas. The bus stop is right outside the house with 15 different busses from Birmingham City Centre passing by the house. Erdington train station is only about 250 metres from the house and trains take an average of 14 minutes to Birmingham New St station and they are frequent. Private lockable parking available at the rear of the house. Self served breakfast is available at no extra charge.

The space
The bedrooms is spacious for a single room and well furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfortable beds with at least 2 pillows. Fresh towels and shower gels are provided. Cereal, toast, eggs, butter, milk, teas and coffees are also available to self serve. I also provide pots and pans for those who prefer to cook.
