At Serafino B&B you will feel at home. It is a modern and comfortable apartment with free WiFi located in San Miguel de Tucumán, opposite Avellaneda Park and the Bicentennial Monument, 14 km from the Airport and near the center (approx. 10 blocks from Plaza Independencia). The 1 bedroom apartment has 24-hour security and access to a terrace, with swimming pool and multipurpose lounge and the best view of the Tucuman Hills.

The space
It is a very comfortable apartment, with new furniture and equipment. The apartment has 1 bedroom, living-dining room, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking Mount San Javier, Avellaneda Park and the Bicentennial Monument.
It is spacious and very bright. All rooms connect to the balcony. It has a very spacious bathroom with bathtub. The balcony has no bars and is on a fifth floor, so I don't recommend it for couples with children.

Where you’ll be

San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina

It is opposite the Avellaneda Park, which was renovated for the Bicentennial celebrations in 2016, including the installation of the Bicentennial Monument. This park is well known since to the north of it is the Cemetery of the West of Tucumán, of historical and architectural importance, where are the great personalities of Tucumán (Lola Mora, Bernado de Monteagudo).
In this park you can find an amphitheatre, which in 1960-70 was a public swimming pool, "El Piletón", which currently serves as a stage for theatrical or musical events. There is also a restaurant and a play area and mechanical attractions, including Calesita, Crazy Worm, bumper cars, bungee jumping, pirate boat, etc., as well as children's recreational activities. Banks and games have been intervened by muralists during the Bicentennial celebrations.
Almost every weekend there are events in Avellaneda Park: a fair of artisans and/or foodtrucks with musical and artistic numbers is installed.
There is a great gastronomic offer along the Avenue and its surroundings (bars, craft breweries, blood shops, pizzerias, etc.). There are also warehouses, butchers and drugstores.
To the front, to the Pje. Cervantes, there's a small warehouse.
Four blocks away, there's a Vea supermarket.
Right on the ground floor of the building, there's a Blue Bell ice cream parlor and a hairdresser.
There are also cultural and recreational attractions nearby (200-300 m):
The Miguel Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences, the Museum of the National University of Tucumán, the Service Center of the former Supply Market that offers different gastronomic offerings (beer patio, barbecue, gourmet cuisine, sportbar), games for children, artisan and gourmet fair, hairdresser, gym and the Municipal Theatre Rosita Avila.
