Calm Oasis Studio. Is an upstairs studio Please read all reviews before you book. It is in an older part of town that is slowly being gentrified. The community is very diverse with generations of all ages, characters & cultures from everywhere. It can be loud/fireworks. Please read the all descriptions below before booking. This is an "ok" part of Long Beach. You will not be refunded when you find it's not a good fit. Perfect for Ubering. STREET PARKING ONLY IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PARK.

Calm Oasis is a studio in the Heart of Long Beach. Please read all reviews before you book. You will NOT receive a refund when you show up and decide this is not a good fit for you. The unit is nice and newly painted with new floors. The area is not the best. This is an older part of Long Beach. You will find older buildings and buildings being gentrified. This side of the city is considered to be a part of Cambodia Town. You will see restaurants, Churches, businesses and residents that are of the Cambodia culture.
The community is very diverse with generations of all ages, cultures and characters from everywhere. If you are not use to city living, this area of town will be an experience. It is loud, congested and parking is difficult to find. But if you love new adventures, diversity and discovering a love for all people this is a great part of town.

The area has numerous Cambodian restaurants, clothing stores, and jewelry stores, as well as churches, temples, and service centers for Cambodian-Americans. There are many other cultures in there area. You will like this area of town if you enjoy diversity and experiencing new things/places.
