Recently rehabbed cozy little two story house in The Holly Hills neighborhood in South Saint Louis. The living room,kitchen and bathroom are all on the first floor. The kitchen is fully furnished. The second floor houses the bedroom. There is a fenced in yard for your furry friend.

The space
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Due to COVID-19 and the extra cleaning we must do to ensure the safety of our guests. We have added a $10.00 cleaning fee. Even so, we still ask you to leave this space as you found it. We take care of the laundry, empty the trash and thoroughly clean the house between guests. We ask that you, wash and dry all dishes and return them to where you found them. Please clean up after yourself, your kids and your pets. Cleaning supplies are in the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The broom is the utility closet and the vacuum cleaner is in the closet under the steps.
If you have an excess amount of trash, please put it in the brown dumpster in the alley behind the house. Recyclables can be placed in the blue dumpster further down the alley.

The park also boasts a YMCA recreation center with state of the art workout equipment, indoor and outdoor pools and a water park. Catholic and Lutheran churches within walking distance. Two blocks from The Stellar Hog a neighborhood bar serving world class barbecue. Close to other great local bars, restaurants and entertainment.
