Situated over the first and second floor, Sandmill House is a superb end of terrace apartment which compliments its Victorian exterior impeccably. Its paramount location on one of St Andrews’ most exclusive streets is perfect for guests who wish to enjoy all the town has to offer, with the town centre and the Old Course less than a two minute walk away. Sandmill offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, with all 3 bedrooms containing twin beds which can be made into doubles.

The space
Sandmill house provides the perfect home from home for guests, whilst still offering the traditional feel of historic St Andrews. The property also benefits from bay windows in the living area, with unbeatable views of Murray Park. The bathroom on the first floor features a Jacuzzi spa bath and separate power shower, whilst the bathroom on the second floor boasts a Pharos Aquafun steam room, power shower and body jets.

St Andrews cathedral was built in the 12th century and was the largest building in Scotland for a further 7. The castle ruins take you on a journey back to medieval Scotland and its culture, which is still felt throughout the town to this day.

Enjoy the panoramic views from the award winning beaches that the town boasts. Famous for featuring in the opening scenes of the Oscar winning ‘Chariots of fire’ film, West Sands beach extends for almost 2 miles of completely uninterrupted sand backed dunes.

Ideally situated, Edinburgh and other larger cities are easily accessible from St Andrews both by car and public transport. Famous, picturesque fishing villages are located only 6 miles along Fife’s charming coast.

The town itself compromises of an excellent range of local, family-run businesses offering a first-class, personal experience. There are ample supermarket’s, pubs, restaurants and a Cinema.
