This delightful modern villa has everything to make your stay in Tin Can Bay totally enjoyable. The furnishings & appointments as well as the spacious verandah deck will not disappoint. The location is perfect, right on the water at the Marina, bring your boat or hire one. The unit is free standing with a double carport surrounded by lush landscaping in a small gated complex. The pool is fabulous with a waterfall and a gazebo which houses the barbecue & dining setting. A Surprise Package!

The space
Right next to the villa complex is the Marina Bar & Grill... Perfect for breakfast after hand feeding the pod of dolphin at Snapper Creek, which is easy strolling distance. A walk around the bay front is most relaxing, or hire a boat and fish Tin Can Bay or perhaps pull the boat up for a picnic on the sand of Fraser Island.

My husband & I have a busy lifestyle & love nothing more than spending time in Tin Can Bay as we can relax & unwind. Our unit is beautifully appointed and kept spotlessly clean Jo-Anne, my co host. As the apartment is so spacious we often share our stays with family & friends. We love walking down to the fish co-op for the delicious prawns just unloaded from the trawlers, then sitting back on the verandah with a bottle of wine taking in the amazing view... perfect. If we are feeling too lazy to cook we just love the delicious takeaway from the Snack Shack two doors away. The marina is a short stroll away where we can dine in the Marina Bar & Grill overlooking the boats & water. We love the waterways and the uniqueness of Tinnie and we hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do.
