You will be our very welcome 'houseguests,' staying with us in our farmhouse. Truly a country style experience awaits you- a beautiful spot considered 'out in the bush,' but only 10km out of Nanyuki town.
Upstairs is specifically geared for you, our house guests- with a shared bathroom for the two lovely bedrooms. From them you can see Mount Kenya/Llodaigas /Aberdares!
Our 13 acre working, but peaceful farm is based around horse riding, but we have goats, poultry, cats and dogs abound.

The space
This is a working horse farm with domestic animals abound on site and some African wildlife outside the gate!
Altitude farm is 'paradise' for some and 'hell' to others (if you don't like animals.) We haven't failed yet in our endeavors to help humans socialize more comfortably with our animals!
The hosts are extremely experienced with domestic animals and this is great is the place for those who wish to get more comfortable around dogs, cats, horses, goats, and poultry

Please be aware our cat is welcome to stay indoors at night as is our smallest dog. If you feel you have allergies to pets, our home may not suit you.

During your stay

My partner and I and his young son live on the site in the farmhouse too, and conduct activities with the horses, so we are always around for help and support, but also happy to keep out of our visitor's way if they wish.
