We are perfect for romantic getaway, honeymoon, staycation.
-All kitchen and bath essentials provided.
-Subway 5 min walk + 2 Free parking spots right in front of the house
-Guests will have the entire house to themselves
-Self check in/ out with password code
-We designed the entire house!
-Water view at the back porch ( Ducks and occasional swans)

The space
-Entire house with 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, HUGE bathtub, separate shower space.
-Open kitchen with all the things you need to cook a perfect meal.
A regular electrical stove with 4 burner, no oven but there’s a small toaster oven.
Private chef is welcome.
-Dining room right by the water with huge skylights and windows that you feel like you are on a cruise, best spot for sunset and view at the starry night. AND you get occasional visit from swans, seagulls, ducks and other fancy birds.
-One thing to keep in mind before booking: we are quite close to JFK airport, so if you are sensitive to sound ( we do provide earplugs), then this place might not be suitable for you.

Where you’ll be

Queens, New York, United States

• Howard Beach is a great neighborhood. Looking by the name of the location you know we are very close to the beach.
• The most famous one being the Rockaway beach which is approximately 15-20 min drive.
Our favorite is the Frank M. Charles Memorial Park, which is a 20 min nice walk. Great place to play tennis, BBQ and for a pleasant jog.
• Supermarket, deli, restaurant and other local info are provided the a small booklet that guests can read when they get to the house.
