Our new 3 bdrm townhouse offers a sense of luxury, space and tranquility, along with amazing views. Superbly located - a stone’s throw from Lake Wanaka, the infamous Wanaka Tree and an easy stroll into town.

Your spacious 116 sq mtr apartment has been purpose built & designed to capture all day sun with striking mountainous views, all with guest privacy in mind. We provide off street parking for 2 vehicles and of course of you have a covered, private entrance.

The space
With a full kitchen, laundry, drying room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, master king bedroom and 2 queen beds with king singles you're sure to enjoy the luxury.

You will wake up to the morning to the gentle sound of sheep baa-ing, sun rising over Mt Iron - this morning sun streams into the kitchen and living areas. As the townhouse faces north you have the full all day sun along the living areas and the generous 42 square metre patio. The patio has an outdoor dining table, easy chairs and bench seats. Enjoy the use of a Rinnai 6 burner hooded BBQ, complete with Rotisserie. When enjoying the outdoors you have use of the expansive lawns.

The townhouse has been carefully designed with short term guests in mind, with full kitchen & laundry facilities, data points and even a drying room for ski boots/clothing! TV's x3: master bedroom, one of the queen bedrooms and a 42" wall mounted in the lounge.

You'll keep nice and warm with a large heatpump in the living area, which has been positioned for a gentle flow upstairs. The bedrooms all have wall heaters installed. Of course each bathroom has a heated towel rail and heater as well.

There is a separate downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a 2nd separate toilet, then an ensuite off the master bedroom (additional to the main bathroom).

Each of the two upstairs bathrooms have tiled showers, generous vanity drawer storage space, opening skylight windows, heated towel rails and heaters.

Our home is situated in a Residential rural lifestyle setting. There is only one other house in the immediate vicinity. Across the road are paddocks with houses roaming. Sheep are in the paddocks nearby and you wake to gentle baa-ing sounds. Adjacent to the rear of our property is our neighbours 5 acre vineyard.

You'll have an easy stroll to the vibrant Wanaka township and a splendid short drive to awe-inspiring vistas and adrenaline-inducing landscapes.

In Wanaka Station Park – our very close ‘front yard’ – you will find a beautiful, hidden, green park space with a small children’s playground, giant sequoias, Himalayan cedars, a large walnut tree and an enormous rhododendron hedge along with the Station’s surviving orchard, with pears and apples free for picking. Towering redwoods and a rose arbor featuring heirloom roses popular in the early 1900s will lead you down to the shores of Wanaka Lake – and the Wanaka Tree – and to the start of seemingly endless stunningly beautiful walking tracks.

We are in our mid 40's and live in beautiful Lake Wanaka with our 2 teenage children. We have travelled extensively over the past 20 years, both self driven and cruising. In Wanaka we enjoy the outdoors. We snow ski, go boating, biking, sailing, camping and swim. We own and live in our newly built home in Wanaka.
