The house is located in absolutely the BEST possible part of "Silicon Beach" just south of Rose Blvd, where Santa Monica and Venice Beach meet. At one short block to the beach you are literally a thirty second walk to the world famous Venice Beach - Gorgeous postcard sunsets, rent bikes and electric scooters. No need even Uber to enjoy eclectic shopping, cool urban eateries, and hip Abbot Kinney shops.

The space
The home not only has a rare expansive garden in front of this house situated on a beautiful walking street that is perfect for lounging, it also has a plunge pool (not heated). This entire 1 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms house that comfortably sleeps 4 people, not even including the large sectional couch, with hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, a fully kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and an open concept extending to the living room. This home is ideal for families, group of friends, or for a couple’s retreat. Also included are a full sized washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and basic TV included.

Walk to the Original Muscle Beach in Venice while enjoying one of a kind street performers, or take a stroll down the strand to aerial acrobat alley at The Santa Monica Pier, with rides, arcades, and fun for everyone.
