Fantastic beachfront apartment (50m2) with stunning sea views, sunny terrace and direct access to the beach in Elviria, east Marbella. Secured first line beach development Romana Playa offers three outdoor pools, two shallow pools for kids and playground. The sandy beach is very clean and family friendly. There you have few beach restaurants with sunbeds and umbrellas to rent. The area is very quiet with easy access to various restaurants and supermarkets. Marbella town centre is 15 mins drive.

The space
Bright, spacious and modern apartment has been fully reformed in 2017. It has a living room with open plan kitchen, comfortable sofa-bed ( for 2 persons to sleep), shower room and south facing terrace (21m2) to enjoy the sun and fantastic views all day! Another cozy and bright room has double bed and single bed, as well as smart TV. Every room has air conditioning unit (heat/cold) for total comfort. Please note: in the bedroom no windows, just glass blocks. No dishwasher machine in the apartment. Wi-Fi, smart TV's, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace. The apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift. Just outside of the apartment there is a lovely outdoor adult pool and kids pool ( please contact the host about nearest outdoor pool opening hours prior making reservation). Free parking on the street by the complex.

The apartment located in Romana Playa, a first line on the beach urbanization. The secured development has 3000m2 of gardens and communal areas, three pools, other two shallow pools for children and also a children's playground. The area is very quiet and from here you have easy access to various restaurants and supermarkets.
Playa de la Vibora is located right in front of Romana Playa neighborhood. It's a clean beach with moderate waves, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. You have many restaurants and chiringuitos right on the beach from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach restaurants right in front of the development: Perla Blanca and El Laurel. Both has on offer very extensive fish menu, also large choice for non fish eaters.
In the area you'll find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.
