The space
We are a small family run complex of fully serviced houses, apartments and villas tucked away in an idyllic mountain side oasis (only 50m uphill and not steep) yet only 1 km walking distance away from Chaweng Beach and Central Festival shopping mall with all it's restaurants, bars and night life.

It's very quiet here but so close to the center. My villas, houses and apartments are in a small private road that ends right behind the 2 villas after the residence so there not much traffic at all.

We enjoy meeting and catering for our guests/travelers from all over the world. My guest staff and I available to our guests to ensure they will have a great holiday and stay here.

We normally have a staffed on site reception but due to Covid my wife Noi and I are taking care of all guests personally and I are available for guests anytime if needed by phone or any messenger. We live only 5 mins away.

We hope to help all of our guests to have a great stay and will send you a list of local hot spots and activities as soon as you have booked.

Due to Covid we offer contact less check in for guests that prefer to communicate only by messenger without meeting in person.
