The space
I consider my space unique because everything I do, I do it with Love & lots of Passion, to make the stay of our guest a wonderful experience, especially when they are resting after a long day walking at Chichen-Itza, Coba or Tulum ruins, or after spending a full day at the Beach at Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc,.
I want them to have all that they might need to feel like a home away from home.

In our Neighbourhood you will feel like someone local, We have neighbors that have lived in the area for over 30 years, Cancun is changing rapidly, even so, you can find families that have been here since Cancun was created in the 70's.
In the 90´s, Yaxchilan Ave. was the busiest street in downtown Cancun with Restaurants, Bars & Stores, with the time, the party moved to the Hotel Zone, but some greats restaurants still Here and some new ones have been opened. I recommend La Parrilla Restaurant for Mexican Food with a Mexican ambiance, music, great service and good food with moderate prices. But if you are looking for a romantic place, quite, great service, great food, and good prices, go to La Habichuela on margarita street next to Las Palapas Square park.

We are 2 blocks away from Las Palapas Square, where you can find little stands with handcrafts, local food, sweets and sometimes during the weekend they have events like traditional dancers and performers.

Two blocks behind our location, we have the Market 28, with many souvenir stores, clothes, jewelry, and food as well.

En nuestro vecindario se sentirá como alguien local. Tenemos vecinos que han vivido en el área por más de 30 años, Cancún está cambiando rápidamente, aun así, puede encontrar familias que han estado aquí desde que Cancún se creó en los años 70.
En los años 90, avenida Yaxchilan. fue la calle más transitada del centro de Cancún con restaurantes, bares y tiendas, con el tiempo, la fiesta se mudó a la Zona Hotelera, pero algunos de los mejores restaurantes aún están aquí y se han abierto algunos nuevos. Recomiendo el restaurante La Parrilla para comida mexicana con un ambiente mexicano, música, excelente servicio y buena comida a precios moderados. Pero si busca un lugar romántico, tranquilo, excelente servicio, excelente comida y buenos precios, diríjase a La Habichuela en la calle Margarita, junto al parque de la Plaza de Las Palapas.

Estamos a 2 cuadras de la Plaza de Las Palapas, donde puedes encontrar pequeños puestos con artesanías, comida local, dulces y, a veces, durante el fin de semana tienen eventos como bailarines tradicionales y artistas.

Dos cuadras detrás de nuestra ubicación, tenemos el Mercado 28, con muchas tiendas de recuerdos, ropa, joyas y también alimentos.
