The place is surrounded by Stryker WMU Medical school, Bronson hospital and the State Theatre among others! Ideal place for a small groups, families, adventurers and business travelers.

The space
This elegant space is covered with fine local oak wood cabinets and paneling. Newly renovated to meet the needs for any guest.

The modernized kitchen space has sink island top with bar stools and necessary amenities for a short stay as it-does not have a stove or oven for heavy cooking. Includes Keurig and coffee stand, microwave and refrigerator.

Two bedrooms are adequately equipped for comfort with a 47 inch Samsung TV in main bedroom. The twin bed are equipped with Green Tea firm memory foam mattresses. The Queen size bed is a high quality luxurious firm mattress to ensure everyone’s comfort level for a good nights rest.

Living room is equipped with a 55 Samsung TV and plenty of comfortable elegant furniture.

The property contains the original Horse Carriage Steps from 1865 and the only such items in southwest Michigan. The driveway into the back parking you will find the oldest tree in downtown Kalamazoo.

Pure Michigan commercials brought me to Kalamazoo. A unique and inspiring small-big-town. The warm-hearted locals to the small eateries, I’ve spent most of my time discovering the amazing fresh water coastline from St Josephs to Isle Royale...there’s so much to love!

Off to chasing the Salt Life once again but I continue to keep strong roots in Kalamazoo so family and all my guests have an opportunity to experience the same.
