The room and the apartment are quite stylish with a blend of old and new, it has been completely renovated and everything is brand new and stylish,
the house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very central and has plenty of free parking spaces yet in walking distance from all the main attractions Reykjavík has to offer.
The neighborhood is called Laugardalur in it is the biggest geothermal swimming pool in Iceland a very large park and the national football stadium also.

The apartment is in a three floor house that has a beautiful garden and the room is located on the second floor, there is a staircase to get to the room and on the same floor is the brand new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, there are 3 other rooms on the floor
