The showpiece is a pretty pink honesty bar with wine/beer/spirits /games & fancy dress! Gorgeous wood interiors create a prohibition feel to the drinking lair. Location

Manchester, England, United Kingdom

We’re situated in the heart of Castlefield and a stones throw away from Deansgate, the Museum of Science and Industry, The Crystal Maze, Spinningfields, Deansgate Locks and the Hilton Hotel. There are loads of nice pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute radius and a few lovely options to sit along the water and eat/drink. The tram is a 7 minute walk from the boat and there are free buses along Deansgate. We’re situated next to the city’s historic ruins and have a couple of small beautifully kept parks surrounding us. The boat is also parked in the Castlefield bowl where they often host live music events. This area is a public space and so it can be festive at times. There are also some pretty vocal geese in the spring months and you can hear the trains passing overhead. If you're sensitive to the sounds of the city then this is not the place for you. Ear plugs provided.

I love having the option of staying in people's homes or in quirky accommodation instead of being in a generic hotel room. My favourite pastime is checking out different places & I hope to have the opportunity to use this app in every country that we go :) As a host I really enjoy having people on my narrowboats! Living on a boat was an unforgettable experience and I love letting other people get some insight in to that experience too.
