This 100 years old "Jugendstil" apartment is has its charm and some art work mix with the antique interior. It would be appropriate for the adventurous part in you.

The space
Bathroom and WC are two separate rooms but are shared, so some waiting time can occur!

The room has a wonderful view of old houses on the opposite side of this street.

It has a 55 inch Flat Screen with Netflix and a dolby surround system.

It is a quite colorful Environment, and every room has its own theme.

It is a room in a 120 m² flat with a 12 m² veranda in one of the best areas in Innsbruck, called Saggen. It is located at the border to the so called Villas Saggen with all the old houses and villas wich look like beautiful small castles. Most of Innsbrucks sight-seeings are within walking distance. To the inner centre, the old town, its a 18 min by foot.

The flat has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
The veranda can be entered from the kitchen and has an amazing mountain view over Innsbrucks "Northern Mountain Chain".

The house was build in 1918.

Parking lots are mostly available in front of the house or closer to the east but you have to pay, u can get a 1 day ticket for € 7,00 also more days possible, Saturday and Sunday free of charge too.

If you park your car beyond the roundabout, called Claudiaplatz, approximately 150 meters away there is the next parking zone. The start of the zone is marked by a green line and a big green P on the street asphalt, in this area maximum parking time is 180 min for 70 cents/30 min (times to pay from Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 19:00 after and Saturday/Sunday its free).

The beautiful historical architecture makes this part of Innsbruck very special, this is Innsbrucks rich quarter. There are two small coffee houses to hang up and a supermarket just around the corner.
