This 1 bedroom condo is in a historic building, just north of Downtown Greensboro in the lovely Fisher Park neighborhood. 9' high ceilings, wood floors, recently upgraded kitchen. Contact me if you need longer than 1 month and I will work with you on the price.

The space
If you like the look of vintage apartments, you will love this place, built in 1928. Rent for just one month, or as long as you'd like. Move in ready--just bring your clothes and personal items. This could be one of the most charming places you've ever stayed at.

Original tile and heavy porcelain fixtures in the bathroom, but the kitchen has been completely renovated with a microwave/convection oven combo, double sinks, large refrigerator, and a porcelain cooktop integrated into the solid surface countertop. The bedroom has a Queen bed, triple dresser, and tons of closet space. Hardwood floors, 9 ft ceilings, and thick plaster walls throughout. 650 square feet but the large bedroom and open living room/dining area makes it feel much bigger.

Cannon Court is in Historic Fisher Park on the north side of downtown Greensboro where the city transitions into residential. The residents of the building are all professionals. Walk to downtown, or walk around the beautiful neighborhood and admire the historic homes. You can easily walk to restaurants or to Deep Roots, a local grocery stocked with fresh food. Cone Hospital is less than 1 mile away. It's a 10 minute drive to the Greensboro Coliseum, and a 5 minute drive to UNCG, AT&T, Greensboro College, or Bennett College.

You will walk in and say "Wow! This place is really cool!"
