The space

This listing is for a maximum of 4 adults plus kids (kids 18 below). I reserve the rights to refuse check in if you show up with more than 4 adults, non refundable. In order to provide to all, Non-Halal food items are PROHIBITED in the apartment.

The apartment is the 3rd block from the guardhouse. Unit on 2nd floor from ground, staircase with no handicap access. Two bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with another separate bathroom. One queen bed in each room (total 2 beds), we have extra pillows, blankets and futon/toto you may add sleeping arrangement in any of the rooms or make use of the living room. Small balcony facing the majestic hills. Amenities provided including basic satellite TV channels and complementary WiFi. No cooking appliances provided. Our pantry is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Cutlery and dishes provided. Water heater in both bathrooms.

You may bring electrical cooking appliances but strictly NO BBQ, grill, gas stove or any type of open flame cooking. Do bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook meals.

During your stay

My apartment is taken care by a housekeeper. I'm residing in Klang Valley area. Upon arrival you'll pay a security deposit of RM 150 (in cash) and collect the keys and cards from the housekeeper.

During check out, the housekeeper will return the deposit upon deciding everything is in order. You're more than welcome to contact myself or the housekeeper should you have any queries.
