The apartment is conveniently located for people who work from home: at the end of a cul-de-sac and close to a small garden settlement, the proximity to the historic old town and the modern Graz city hall as well as the newly opened ball sports hall is ideally combined with a quiet location. It's just a hundred metres to the nearest Hofer market (Aldi), and Billa and Merkur are just a few minutes' walk away. Pharmacy, bank (Sparkasse) and flower shop can be found around the corner. Augarten Park with relaxation room, swimming pool and gastronomy are just a few minutes' walk away.
