Corner studio on 17th floor of Gardenia Tower overlooking the pool as well as panoramic view of the street and its surrounding area. Airy with plenty of sun light. Enjoy the view while lounging at the balcony or from the table placed by the wide sliding door.

Fully furnished and equipped with cable TV, wifi, water heater, bathroom amenities, refrigerator, simple cooking and dining utensils. We also provide 2 towels and a set of bed linens for change.

There’s an intercom in the unit for tenant to contact building maintenance or reception. Access card to be used in the elevator, doors and common facilities.

BSD is a green city and there are many green open spaces surrounding the apartment. Perfect for those who love jogging or walking around the block.

Casa De Parco is within short walking distance to the Japanese-origin AEON Mall, where you can find high street brand shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, department store, ACE Hardware (home improvement store), food courts, Celebrity Fitness center, toddlers’ playground, cinema, money changers, ATMs, etc.

It also takes less than a 5-minute walk to The Breeze BSD City, a lifestyle center that boasts indoor and outdoor restaurants, cafes and music entertainment. ATMs can also be found there.

The minimart can be accessed through the Lobby area or directly to LG floor using the elevator and walk out the parking area entrance/exit.
