Please note, that apartment is on the 5th floor, WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
All the windows face the Antonovicha street, the roadway. So it could be little bit noisy in the night, especially if you are used to sleeping in complete silence. For your comfort I can offer you ear plugs according to your preliminary inquiry.
My apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot water is available 24 hours (gas water heater).

Other things to note
Warning! Important information for foreigners. Central heating season in Ukraine starts on 15th of October and ends on 15th April. So, if the weather is cold in September or May, it could be little bit cool temperature in apartment. For that case all of my apartments have air conditioners with a heating mode (check please!: it must be “sun” icon (heat) switched on remote control, NOT a “snowflake” icon!!!).
And it will take about 10 min to become warmer air blowing.
