Fantastic walk out basement suite, with tons of natural light and only a few steps to the best sandy beach in Ontario.
This suite has an updated fully functional kitchen complete with appliances and a modern bathroom.

The space
This self contained suite, attached to our house, has a full sized updated kitchen (with pots/pans and utensils), living area, bedroom and 3pc bath.
There is an electric fireplace to make the place cozy (gives off heat too) and wifi TV (Netflix YouTube etc ). - Ideal for a couple.

Cooking: There is a 2 element hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, and a fridge. As well as pots/pans + cup, plates and utensils.

Queen bed has 4 pillows, sheets, blankets. There will also be shower towels. (Please bring your own shower soap and beach towels)

When you are not enjoying the beach the Town of Midland, including other attractions, is a 20mins drive away or the Balm Beach arcade is 10mins (drive) up the beach.

Please note we live here with our toddler (5 year old) and work full-time in the area. We do our best to respect our guests by maintaining a reasonably low level of noise.
