Deans Bank Views Loft is so named due to the mountain views in all directions, and specifically views of the Deans Bank on the Clutha River. It is an ideal location to access the outdoors or tuck away for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

The Loft is cosy, warmed by all-day sun and has an efficient log burner for the cooler nights. It has a private deck space to enjoy in summer.
The architecturally designed space is intimate, tucked under striking ceiling lines, yet filled with lots of natural light. It is quiet and private.

The Loft is in Albert Town, just 11 minutes drive to Wanaka township (6km). It is close to Lakes Wanaka & Hawea and several ski resorts (30km to Treble Cone, 40km Cardrona Alpine Resort and Snow Farm NZ).
It sits in a quiet cul de sac flanked by the Hikuwai Conservation reserve with a network of mountain bike and walking trails 100 metres away. The mighty Clutha River is 3 minutes stroll from the door which has some of the best trout fishing on offer in the area!
